AEP x Nordic Game 2024

Last week, we had the incredible opportunity to attend the 20th Nordic Game event in Malmö—the premier industry expo for game developers in Europe!

The atmosphere was electric, filled with creativity, passion, and a strong sense of camaraderie. We hosted two lectures, where we delved into opportunities, challenges, and how developers can enhance motivation, well-being, and create more captivating games—all while promoting communication and autonomy, from a sport psychology point of view. Our mission was also to better understand the game development process and support developers in overcoming psychological barriers, enabling the teams to create the best games and communities as possible.

The event itself was an absolute joy—a playground for exploration and discovery. The many talks were so rewarding and filled with knowledge from inspiring speakers, highlighting their unique journeys, triumphs, and setbacks.
